The College of Education in Majmaah, represented by the Vice-Dean’s Office for Student Affairs, celebrated on Monday the world teacher’s day with the college’s departments: educational science, Islamic studies, biology, Arabic language.

The College of Education in Majmaah, represented by the Department of Educational Science, honored the former head, Dr. Aqil Al-Aqil in recognision of his contributions during his tenure. The current head, Dr. Mohammed Aba-Hussein and all staff expressed their thanks to Al-Aqil.

The secretariat of the College of Education’s council conducted on Sunday a workshop on the procedures of writing minutes of scientific departments’ councils in the meeting room and was broadcasted to female campus.

The College of Education in Majmaah has organized a student visit to Sudair Documentary Library. The students toured the library and museum corridors. They were briefed on the organization of the library and the history and events of all the cities in Sudair.

Within the framework of the College of Education in Majmaah to improve the quality of programs outcomes and the performance of students in Aptitude Test for Teachers, a training course entitled “Preparatory Course for Aptitude Test for Teachers” was held by the college on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The College of Education at MU has hosted Faisal Al-Shemmari, a lecturer in the Department of Educational Science, to deliver a lecture at the University of Queensland, one of the world top 50
Universities.

The College of Education in Majmaah hosted on Tuesday the vice-dean for scientific research, Dr. Huda Al-Barrak.
Dr. Al-Barrak was welcomed by the vice-dean, Ms. Bushra A-Anazi, the head of research unit, Dr. Muna Tawakul, heads of departments and students.

The Department of Educational Science at the College of Education in Majmaah held a program to prepare field training students (student-lecturer).

Realizing the importance of academic advising and its impact on the success of student academic journey, the College of Education in Majmaah held on Sunday an introductory meeting for new students entitled “Toward a Successfully Academic Environment”.

The College of Education is pleased to congratulate Students the New Academic Year 1440/1441 and to provide them with academic services. The first week will be devoted for raising students’ academic awareness and listening to potential problems that may occur during registration.

Dr. Majed Aba-Hussein, the Dean of College of Education in Majmaah, launched on Sunday the summer training program for teachers.
In a speech delivered on this occasion, Dr. Aba-Hussein welcomed teachers and wished them the best of luck in this exceptional program.

The Department of Arabic Language held a ceremony to award best teachers of Arabic language linguistics for the academic year 2019.

The Dean of the College of Education in Majmaah, Dr. Majed Aba-Hussein accompanied by the vice-deans and heads of department paid an inspection to exam committees to examine the flow of running final exams for the second semester 1439/1440 AH.

The College of Education in Majmaah at female campus held a closing ceremony of activities under the supervision of the Vice-Dean’s Office for Student Affairs. The ceremony was launched by a recitation of the Holy Qura’an followed a speech delivered by the Vice-Dean for Student Affairs, Miss.

In the presence of the Dean of the College of Education in Majmaah, Dr. Majed Aba-Hussein, vice-deans, faculty members, staff and students, the closing ceremony of student activities for the academic year 1439/1440 AH was held to award outstanding students in activities.
