SEVEN ACADEMIC PROGRAMS APPLY FOR ACCREDITATION

At the request of MU Rector, Dr. Al-Muqren to ensure that the university’s academic programs earn the program accreditation, and under the follow-up of the Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Al-Rumaih, the Deanship of Quality and Skills Development proposed (DQSD) a time plan (2020 – 2022) to allow 10 programs to apply for the accreditation.
As the first year of the plan came to end, the Academic Accreditation Department at MU has successfully submitted the requirements of accreditation for 7 academic programs.
The head of accreditation, Mr. Tawfiq Al-Medeiheem, pointed out that the seven programs applied for the accreditation to the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation are: medicine, oral and dental surgery, physiotherapy, biomedical technology, electrical engineering, civil engineering and mathematics.
The Dean of DQSD, Dr. Mohammed Al-Aboudi extended his thanks to MU Rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Muqren for the unlimited support to overcome the challenges of earning the program accreditation.
