MU ‘TAWASUL’ CENTER RECEIVES A LETTER OF APPRECIATION FROM ITS COUNTERPART AT MINISTRY OF EDUCATION

The Advisor and Supervisor of MU Rector’s Office and the Supervisor of Customer Care Center ‘Tawasul’, Dr. Abdelaziz Al-Rushud, received a letter of appreciation from its counterpart at the Ministry of Education in recognition of its quick and objective reply to the inquiries sent by the ministry.
Dr. Al-Rushud expressed his gratitude with this letter which shows the real interest and support of the customer care center at the ministry of education, an act that resulted in improving the quality of services provided by MU to beneficiaries.
The establishment of the center was in line with the Ministry of Education’s pursuit to have a customer care center in all its affiliated sectors run by a group of excellent staff who are capable of making tangible progress in serving the community. The underlying purpose of the center is more far-reaching that it is not just to enhance the services provided to beneficiaries by making the process of communication easier but also to make sure that beneficiaries’ demands are met within very short time.
