* Encourage the Deanship administration staff.

 

* Prepare the annual budget for the Deanship.

 

* Form committees to accomplish administrative or financial tasks.

 

Assign the Deanship staff with administrative or financial tasks beside their regular work.

 

* Seek information about any administrative staff at the Deanship.

 

* Seek information about the deanship's advances and entitlements.

 

* Oversee all means of communication with the Deanship.
