Training and Rehabilitation

 Any side can't  achieve its objectives unless each member carries out the tasks entrusted to him properly, and until that happens, the side must work to guarantee training and qualifying provisions to perform such acts, according to the rules laid down for its employees. So the training was an important source of formation and developing the human resources, and develops their competence to be able to perform the work assigned to them to achieve higher productivity. Hence, the spending on training and rehabilitation is essential in achieving the aspirations of the employer to get a good return on investment. The more the training was better the best return on investment would be.                                                                                        

The Concept of Training:
 Training process refers to the exerted efforts to provide the employee with the theoretical knowledge, to give him the practical skills which help him to do the works entrusted to him, and the tasks assigned to him, which increase his efficiency in the performance of his current work, or what is expected to do in future.                          

Steps to provide the service.

Firstly, determine the training requirement for the staff and institutions.

Institute services in this area are as the following:

• Analyze the structure of the concerned institution, through knowing its practical reality via using scientific tools such as questionnaire, interview ..Etc..

• Apply more than a tool for identifying the training requirement (either: knowledgeable, skillful, or attitude) in order to know the size of the performance gap between the reality and expectations of the institution and the individual as well.

• Analysis of the results of the tools application which determine the requirement and the appropriate training programs for the individual and the institution to achieve its objectives.

Secondly, designing the training programs and preparing their kits.

• The institute is based on the results of the first phase (requirement identification) through designing the topics of the training programs that represent the functional priority that is important and urgent for the institution and individuals.

Thirdly, training programs implementation.
