Follow-up and Coordination

General Objective

Follow up all instructions, applications, circulars, transactions and decisions issued by the Office of the Rector,  ensure their implementation at the times set for them, and do feedback to the work assigned to the office.

Tasks

- Set the  appropriate mechanisms for  following-up and approval.
- Follow up the implementation of the Rector's directives, step by step,  concerning  transactions.
- Follow-up the circulars, decisions, and directives associated with the agencies, colleges, deanships, and departments within and outside the university.
- Follow up all transactions directed by the Rector or the Adviser and the General Supervisor of the Office inside and outside the university.
- Prepare the periodic reports of the work of the Unit and what is required of raising its performance.
