Advisers Unit

General Goal
Provide all legal and administrative consulting services to the Rector's Office and the associated Administrative Units, and evaluate the referred studies and transactions, according to the requirements of rules and relevant regulations.
Tasks
 - Give advice and opinion concerning the referred  transactions and studies.
 - Save confidential files of all decrees, decisions and regulations that come to the university and issued by the higher authorities, as well as the decisions, circulars,  and directives issued by the university and the work to coordinate them and unify all the associated procedures.

- Participation in the regulations and general decisions associated with the functions of the university in accordance with the directives.
 - Review the final version of the decisions and directives issued by the Rector according to the rules, regulations, and  relevant decisions.
 - Review and study memoranda of understanding and cooperation agreements, in coordination with the relevant parties within and outside the university.
 - Study reports associated with the scientific councils and administrative committees with legal proposal .
 - Express an opinion in a way that would facilitate the work of the university and increase the effectiveness of the performance of the Office and its Administrative Units.
 - Provide proposals and initiatives that contribute to the advancement of the university and  develop its mechanisms.
- Save the work of the unit in a manner that helps to extract the required information quickly.
- Any other task assigned to the Unit.
