The Deanship Launches Its Training Courses in the Field of E-learning for the First Semester

The Deanship of e-learning and distance learning organized  a package of training courses at the beginning of the academic year, which addressed faculty members and were supervised by the Quality and development Agency represented in the training unit, training courses were about e-learning system skills at the university, which aims to achieve the advantage of e-learning system that promotes and supports the educational process, the system includes several entrances that can be employed, like course syllabus, educational content, and assignments and quizzes, Educational files manager, forums and participations, virtual classes, the use of smart phone devices in education, and the development of the academic sites.
 

Registration Instructions:

  • Registration is through the system in the link mentioned below.

  • The trainees have the right to choose a maximum of three training courses.

  • The trainees must take approval from the Head of the Department to participate in the training courses, note that the Deanship is not responsible in this regard.

  • The trainees can apologize for not attending the training courses (through the system) if not being able to attend.

  • In case of the absence without an apology the trainee is not entitled to register for training courses for a whole year.

  • In workshop of "The Use of iPad in Education” trainees must bring their own iPad device.

  • Registration in the system does not mean acceptance to attend the courses, SMS of acceptance should be received to attend the courses.

  • Manual registration during the training course not allowed.

  • The location of the training course will be mentioned in the SMS of acceptance.
