The University Council Secretariat is an executive department that help the University Council in undertaking its responsibilities including all managerial and secretarial services in accordance with the Council’s system and the higher administration. General Administration of Housing
The administrative decision was issued by His Excellency the university rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Muqrin No. (1563) dated 2/7/1438 AH to separate the General Administration of Facilities and Services to be an independent administration (the General Administration of Facilities and Housing) under the vice-rector. Another administrative decision was also issued by the rector No. (1564) dated 2/7/1438 AH to assign Mr. Baddah Al-Baddah, as the director of the General Administration of Facilities and Housing.

Data Management Office
The Data Management Office was established at Majmaah University by the decision of MU rector No. 2527 dated 5/18/1443 AH. This is in compliance with Royal Order No. 59766 dated 11/20/1439 AH, and the directive of His Excellency the Minister of Education No. 59036 dated 6/7/1442 AH.

Documentation and Archives Center
Based on the Royal Decree No. (M / 55) on 23 Shawwal 1409 AH to establish the National Center for Archives & Records, the university attempted to activate the role of the Archives and Records Center within the terms of reference set by the university organizational structure.
Customer Care Center ‘Tawasul’
The Center, which is deemed a reference for information and services, is advocated to facilitate the communication process for beneficiaries and answer their inquires via multiple communication channels. The Center receives unlimited support from MU rector, Dr. al-Muqren, to ensure that beneficiaries’ voice are heard and their needs are met in the easiest possible manner.
Social Responsibility Observatory
Several studies have confirmed the significance of social responsibility field for universities due to the effective role played by universities in serving the local society and, more importantly, educating students and scientific research.
