The Supervisory Committee of the Administrative Communications and e-archiving and workflow procedures Project sets its third periodic meeting

The Supervisory Committee of theAdministrative Communications and e-archiving and workflow procedures Project held its third, at the campus, in charge of HE the Vice rector, and the head of the Committee, Dr. Musallam bin Mohammed Al-Dosari, and in the presence of its members Dr.  Ahmed bin Ali Al-Rumaih, Dr. Omar bin Mohammed Al-Mutaihi, Dr. Saad bin Zaar Al-Qahtani, Dr. Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Rashoud, Mr. Khalid bin Abdul Rahman Aba Hussein and the project manager Mr. Mohammed bin Hamad Al-aulah. 

The Committee reviewed its agenda which included the supply and installation of servers and global databases global "Oracle" for this project.
The Dean of Information Technology Dr. Omar Al-Mutaihi and Director General of the Administrative and Financial Affairs Mr. Khalid bin Aba Hussein pointed out that these servers were providing and installed in the data centre at the university.

HE the Vice rector recommended to provide all the requirements of this project in no time, in order to activate these systems as soon as possible in order to reach the ultimate goal which is "Majmaah University is Paperless."
