Sponsored by HE the Rector, Dr. Khalid Bin Saad Al-Mugren the university Rectorship organised a program and a workshop on preparing and writing annual reports on Tuesday, 07/07/1435 9:00 am, where HE inaugurated this program in the campus hostel hall in the presence of HE the Vice Rector Dr. Musallam bin Mohammed Al-Dosari, Deans and heads of departments and all responsible for preparing the annual reports from different participating departments of the university participants.

After that, they moved to the training room at the deanship of quality and skills development to start the workshop. In the beginning HE the Vice Rector Dr. Musallam bin Mohammed Al-Dosari pointed that this workshop targets leaders, deans and all whom are involved in the preparation of the annual reports at deferent departments at the University. It reflects the Rectorship pursuit to provide all that would unify reports formats from the deferent departments of the university, and to provide a professional environment for preparing reports of the university departments and transfer of expertise that achieve quality and excellence in preparing the annual reports of the University. After that, the program activities started through which Dr. Saeed Abdo Nafi presented a detailed explanation of the reports concept and meaning and its significance, general specifications, its writing skills and the problems and common mistakes when writing it. Also, the stages of preparing and writing reports and its references in preparation of all reports kinds. Also, what must be avoided when writing reports. Then, discussions and interventions started through which opinions were presented about some mistakes in some annual reports, and what must be taken into account when preparing them. Finally, the workshop was concluded with a number of recommendations that aim to rise the work of preparing reports of the university, which will be presented for the university Rector.
