MU Participates in 2nd Saudi International Exhibition for People with Disability (Diaa 2)

In the presence of His Excellency the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Dr. Ahmed bin Ali Al Romaih; His Excellency the General Supervisor of the Rectorate, Dr. Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Rashoud; His Excellency the Supervisor of the Vice Rectorate, Dr. Faisal bin Faraj Al-Mutairi; and His Excellency the Deputy Governor of Riyadh region, Mr. Abdullah Bin Magdua Al-Qarni, University pavilion of the 2nd International Saudi Exhibition for the Needs of People with Disabilities (Diaa 2) was launched. The Director of the Department of the University Environment and Occupational Health, Prof. Abdul EIlah bin Abdullah Al-Mutairi, pointed out the University's vision of providing students with special needs (SNSs) with a safe and comprehensive campus, a support document, and a special accessible e-portal. The University Pavilion received the praise of His Excellency the Deputy Governor of Riyadh region, pointing out that MU is becoming one of the distinguished universities among the Saudi Arabia’s, through its initiative of signing a memorandum of understanding with the Riyadh region to facilitate the services provided to the citizens of our beloved country, and to achieve the vision of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques -May Allah protect him- of the comprehensive and sustainable development of all the sectors of the society. It is worth mentioning that the University pavilion received the good interaction of the exhibition visitors, particularly, the people with special needs, who interacted well with the presentations made at the University pavilion, and the services offered by the University for them in the area of educational electronic equipment.
