HE the Rector Views the Second Procedural Progress Report about Administrative Communications Project

HE the Rector Dr. Khalid bin Saad Al-Mugren received in his office the members of the administrative communications and electronic archiving Supervisory Committee, in charge of Dr. Muslim bin Mohammed Al-Dosari and the committee members: Dr. Ahmed bin Ali Al-Romaih, Dr. Omar bin Mohammed Al-Mutaihi, Mr. Khaled Bin Abdul Rahman Abahussain, and Mr. Mohammed bin Hamad Al-Aoulah.
 
During the meeting the project manager Mr. Mohammed Al-Aoulah presented a live view of the administrative communication system in which he clarifies the most prominent properties of the new system and the electronic procedural progress. Also, the experience of importing of the external transactions through the system and forwarding to the concerned authority for completion.
 
At the end of the meeting HE the Rector encouraged the Supervisory Committee and the working group for more effort to implement the system accurately and rapidly, so as to raise up the level of services provided by the university.
