Letter of Congratulation to Staff and Faculty Members

All promoted staff and faculty members at the colleges and departments were congratulated by the Vice Rector of Academic Affairs in his letters of congratulation, in which he expressed his sincere congratulations to all promoted staff wishing them success in their new positions.
