The Library Week in Almajma’ah University between 25-28/12/1435 under the Slogan “My Excellence: My Book”
Within its activities and services and based upon its goals and vision, Deanship of Library Affairs executed the the first activities that target the university students for this academic year. The Deanship executed the library week between 25-28/12/1435 under the slogan “My Excellence: My Book” in the Main Library located in the university city. This program aims to introduce the university staff and new students to the university libraries and their services, guide the university staff to know the printed and electronic information resources and encourage the university staff to access the Saudi Digital library services and benefit from its several services and modern versions. The axes of the daily activities were: receiving students, a tour in the library sections, presenting the users services, the way of dealing with the libraries catalogues. how to use the digital information resources, and gifting the bag (Ehda’a) that has the guides and electronic information databases. A number of teaching staff and students expressed their happiness with this activity that benefited them in this essential area.
