1- Spread the culture of international cooperation among faculty members and alike
2- Promote programs like visiting professor in the fields demanded by the university.
3- Set international cooperation agreements with international renowned universities.
4- Motivate academic departments to communicate with their counterparts.
5- Introduce the university at the international level including its academic majors.
6- Form joint scientific and research partnerships and programs with international universities, including faculty members and students.
7- Encourage sabbatical leaves and exchanging visits.
8- Activate scholarships available for postgraduate studies and scientific research.
