Theater Management
To be fully in charge of theater halls with all facilities. - Organizing theater booking program. - Receiving units' requests of theater booking. - Providing all theater requirements including audio and visual system.- Supervising all occasions taking place in the theater - Coordinating and providing all needs to units that require to use the theater. - Installing Banners, Stands and portraits inside the theater- Supervising of theater facilities, warehouses rooms and doors. - Coordinating with the Maintenance and Operation Department, and the General Department of Facilities and Services to maintain the theater and its facilities. - Providing all media press requirements. - Coordinating with IT for video conference of theater events.
