The Admission Department

Tasks:

● To receive the applications to the postgraduate studies and to make sure that they meet the admission requirement to the various sections and the inclusion of their names in the deanship’s database

●to sort and classify, and to set up files in lists to be sent to the concerned departments in order to complete the admission procedures

●following-up the acceptance results and preparing them in lists to be viewed by the Student Affairs committee in order to recommend acceptance, and then, displaying the accepted names of the admitted students in front of the Deanship Council to take the final decision on acceptance

●following-up all the admission procedures with both the Deanship of admission and registration and the deanship of the student’s affairs

● issuing admission letters

● preparing for the procedures and the implementation of the electronic admission through the university gateway academic system
