Tasks of the College Board

Article Thirty-fourth

With compliance as required by this system and other systems and what is determined by the Council of Higher Education or the University Board, the Board  of the College or the Institute is considering the issues that relate to the College or the Institute as the following:

1 - Propose appointing faculty members, demonstrators, lecturers, in addition to their assignment and promotion.

2 - Propose plans for study or modified those plans with coordination among departments.
3 - Propose curricula, textbooks, and references in the departments of the college or the institute.

4 - Encourage the development of scientific research and coordinate it among the departments of the college or the institute and the work to publish it.

5 - Propose schedules of examinations and set the specific organizations about them.

6 – Propose the bylaws of the college or the institute.

7 - Propose training plans and the necessary scholarships for the college or the institute.

8 - Propose an extra curricula  activity plan for the college.

9 – Take a decision on student issues that come within its competence and the guidance to the Board of the University otherwise.
10 - Consider what is being referred to it from of the Board of the University or Chairman of the Board, or Vice Chairman for the purpose of studying and giving opinion.
